Basics of Outlook/Email

Prerequisite: Word processing experience.

Microsoft Outlook is a personal information manager and a communications program, which provides an integrated solution for managing and organizing e-mail messages, schedules, tasks, notes, contacts, and other information. It comes with Microsoft Office. This is a beginning class on Outlook, and covers such topics as how to send and receive e-mails, and how to manage schedules.
