Microsoft Word - Level 2

Prerequisite: Basics of Word Processing

Microsoft Word is a popular word processing program for creating such documents as memos, letters, reports, research papers, brochures, announcements, newsletters, envelopes, labels, etc. This is an intermediate class on Microsoft Word, and covers how to format documents, memos, letter, etc.

The class objectives include:

  • Applying fonts
  • Using Format Painter
  • Align text in paragraphs
  • Change line and paragraph spacing
  • Insert bullets and numbering
  • Insert symbols and special characters
  • Apply borders and shading to text
  • Apply style
